Is My Money Protected?
All our tours and safaris are operated in line with the UK Package Travel Regulations. These regulations are designed to protect customers when booking a package that includes two or more travel services, such as accommodation and activities, over more than 24 hours. In practical terms, this means that your booking is legally protected. You are entitled to clear pre-booking information, a proper contract, and financial protection in the unlikely event of cancellation or supplier failure. If a package cannot go ahead, refunds are handled in accordance with the regulations.
